Its been a few weeks since we moved in our house. We love it here, everyday we find something that makes us like it here even more. We have a lot of neighbors but we are the only house that doesn't have children running around. Josh and I try to venture out on the weekends and live the life. This last weekend we decided to find a beach. We found one across town. Its very nice lots of beach until the tide comes in and takes it away. We decided we would go back the next day. We brought our dog, Poco this time. He loves the beach. He loves to run up and down it as fast as his legs will let him. It seems like he is so free out there. When it comes to the water he doesn't like it so much he is deathly scared of it. After we spent a few hours there Josh's friend Joe calls. The next adventure that day was a hike. Joe, his wife Mandy, and son, Brady join us and we head out to Deception Pass. We walked a ways it was a nice walk, of course we had Poco, he had to stop and sniff at everything so I tried to stay behind everyone. The Johnson's invited us over for a BBQ but first Joe had to buy his grill. So Mandy and I went shopping for food. I don't think I was that much help, I hardly know what to buy for our house. After the boys got the grill put together, they grilled, while we stayed inside with Brady. It is nice meeting new people especially when I have many things in common with Mandy. Being a wife to a sailor isn't all that bad. The week is going to go by fast, I finally get my I.D. this Thursday, official military woman. Josh and I want to go to the carnival and watch the fireworks Saturday.
