My phone wont hold a charge. I tried to get our insurance to cover the cost of fixing it since Verizon told me they had it under warranty. LIE. They won't let fix it, they want me to pay the fifty dollar deductible to get a new one since it fell out of my pocket while getting Addy out of the car. I hate cellphones. So after a few good crys (I'm really emotional) I finally got this strong clip and got it where it would charge, then to find out the battery won't hold the charge. If I can get my addiction to texting under control I am getting a track phone!
