{ Addyson's theme is Zebra with Hot Pink.}So I thought instead of buying a box of cake mix I would make my cake from scratch. WRONG. I should have just bought the cake mix. Sugar is more expensive than a cake mix and that is what I did when I went to town today. I feel like the cupcake is to salty from the baking soda. I never heard of a recipe calling for three teaspoons of baking soda. Then again I put in baking soda instead of baking powder. YIKES! Josh thinks they taste fine. I made buttercream frosting to top them off. I was mainly practicing for Addyson's birthday. Since I am making her cupcakes and plus I am making her one for her photoshoot in less than three weeks. Here's the finish product!
