So I've been going to the gym every other day and if I don't make it to the gym when I am suppose to I do long walks and various exercises here at home. so far that I know I've lost five pounds. I'm sure I gained it back this weekend but I am on my second week (maybe third) I've notice little changes but not what I am expecting. I hope I am in decent shape by October. So my ideal weight I have 30lbs to go!
