Today turned out to be a fun day. I thought it was going to be crappy because it was rainy and miserable when we took the dogs to west beach but we ended up making that a short trip. We came home and then decided that we would go downtown to enjoy the festivities. Of course we missed the parade but the entire street was closed down. There were so many differnet stands and food stands. I loved the knitted baby hats, I sort of want to go back down and buy one but we might do that tomorrow. Josh and I decided that we'd get one fair food. So Josh and I got a funnel cake. We got the strawberry one. Josh forgot what they were like so I was like lets just get that instead of an elephant ear. So we enjoyed the funnel cake. It was so yummy. The fair was packed & so was the street. I got bumped and pushed a lot, being eight months pregnant doesn't mean much I guess. Josh and I also watched a man make some clogs from scratch. The little Holland clogs. It was so nice to experience something so fun, We might go look more tomorrow if they are still going.
