Today we did our grocery shopping and when we were in the car we were talking about how I am going to go crazy if nothing is getting done with the baby's room, I was just meaning getting a crib and the other furniture for it. I feel like we're behind but we still have a few more months. Josh sees it as we have a few months after the baby is born, but I as a pregnant nesting woman I want it done before the baby comes. So he decided he wanted to paint but not paint the entire walls since this isn't our home for long. So he made stencils and got paint. I didn't know how it would turn out because it's always different in your head than when you put it together. He did a good job making his own stencils with tracing and cutting out the shapes. Since we are doing elephants & flowers he got those for the stencils and then pink and brown for the colors. The paint was a tough one, we were going to buy regular paint but we didn't need a quart of paint, so we found paint in the craft section that seems to work out great. I can't wait till it all gets finished. My project I think will be ribbon and letters of her name. I've been seeing that a lot with nurseries and it must be popular, I just love it.
